Terms & Condition

All rates are GST (15%) inclusive and are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).
Bookings/reservations:- Instant and online - web - for bookings / reservations, paid in full. Full payment on arrival if no reservation.
Completed guest registration form to stay at NHP, signature indicates acceptance of T and C's
No refund will be given if guests alter booking / numbers / leave before reserved departure date / or non-arrival (no show)
Group bookings: payment in full – consult with management for arrangements outside this provision - bond / deposit. The number of people booked is the minimum paid for. No cancellations made on arrival.
Minimum stay periods may apply.
Tariffs may be altered from one season to the next
Credit Card
A valid credit card in the name of the guest must be presented on check-in. Credit card number is taken for reservations, booking confirmation purposes. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged against credit card.
On booking / check in you agree to abide by NHP terms and conditions*
2.5% will be charged on all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy

An administrative fee of 25% will apply to all cancelled bookings.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
Amendments can be made via the web online reservation system using your reservation confirmation number. If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers it will be treated as a cancellation.


Child Policy

Infants under 1 yrs - no charge
Porta-cot and infant linen, baby bath, pram, available for hire

Check In Policy

Check in after 1400 hrs ( 2.00 PM)
Check out at 1000 hrs (10.00 AM)
Late Check-in
Guests arriving late (after 8.30 PM in summer, or 6 PM in winter - when reception closed):- To ensure your admittance- please contact NHP during office hours to make late check-in arrangements.
Day rate may apply.
